After you book, you'll see the amount and our bank details. Transfer the amount with your booking reference in the description, then upload your bank-in slip (a photo, screenshot or PDF). You can upload it straight away or later on the upload slip page. Your booth is confirmed once we've verified your payment.
Choose the competition when you register to attend. Our team will contact you with entry details and the competition rules.
Select "JCI Member" during exhibitor registration and enter your Local Organization (LO). Membership is verified before confirmation.
You can tell us your preferred area. Final locations are allocated first-come, first-served after confirmation.
Show your e-pass QR code at the registration counter. Lost it? Find your e-pass. Exhibitors will receive an exhibitor manual with move-in times.
